Clayton Utz commits to Vernon – Constitution Place
Clayton Utz, one of Australia’s oldest and largest law firms, has signed a 12-year lease for space within ‘Vernon,’ the final stage of the award-winning 65,000sqm Constitution Place precinct in the Canberra CBD. The lease will commence upon completion of the building in October 2026, with the firm securing approximately 3,000sqm of premium office space. The move to ‘Vernon’ aligns with the firm’s future growth and sustainability ambitions.

Clayton Utz joins Hub Australia, the country’s largest privately owned flexible workspace operator, as one of the first major tenants to commit to this new development. Hub Australia has secured its second Canberra workspace within ‘Vernon,’ reinforcing the precinct’s position as a dynamic commercial hub in the heart of the CBD.
