Mu Omakase opens

Mu Omakase has officially opened in Lyric Lane at Constitution Place. Mu Omakase is a highly intimate and personal dining experience, with the chef serving the dishes to customers directly in Omakase-dining style. The Chef will present a series of small plates, with the number of dishes varying with each service.

The Chairman Group is excited to bring this the first dining experience of this kind to Canberra, with this new restaurant offering a refined, multi-course menu where head Chef Shinya Nakano blends traditional Japanese technique with the best available Australian ingredients.

Choose from a ’12-14 Course Early Bird Dinner’ or a ’17-20 Course Dinner’.
