Vernon at Constitution Place on track for completion
Vernon at Constitution Place is approaching completion, with the base building on track to be finished in early November 2026 as planned.
The seven-level, 15,000 sqm building is the final stage of the Constitution Place precinct, developed by Capital Property Group at the corner of Vernon Circle and Constitution Avenue.
Final checks and approvals
Major construction works are now substantially complete. The project team is focused on final inspections, testing, commissioning, certification and close-out activities.
Building services are progressing through the final stages of testing and commissioning, including mechanical, electrical, fire, security and building control systems. Authority inspections and final walkthroughs are also underway as Vernon moves through the formal approval and handover process.
Tenant fitouts underway
As the base building nears completion, tenant fitouts are continuing across the building. Contractors will remain active on site while these works progress, so some construction-related movement around Vernon will continue.
Returning the precinct to normal
Activity will also continue around the perimeter of the building as the builder completes the remaining external works and makes good the surrounding public realm.
Site establishment will be reduced and removed as these works are completed. This will allow the areas around Vernon to transition progressively from a construction environment to normal operation.

The coming weeks mark an exciting milestone for Vernon, as the project transitions from construction into an operational commercial building, ready to welcome its tenants.
